What’s a Guided Forage?

Education is a large component of what forageSF is trying to do. We mean to teach people about what’s edible in their local landscape, and in doing so, help them look at the plants around them in a different way. Through guided walks, you learn to identify some of the wild edibles you see every day, with a focus on sustainable harvesting techniques, as well as the history of foraging in the Bay Area.
