Just think how much better it tastes when it comes from your neighbor instead of Argentina, without the week spent in a shipping crate. Only the sun and rain to grow, and since it's local, it doesn’t take much to get it to you. The drive you take to pick up your box is probably the most energy intensive part of the process. In this time of environmental and political focus on food, wild foods are a welcome addition for a host of reasons
