West Sonoma County Hills Foraging & Cooking Class
Join us for a wild mushroom foraging adventure in the beautiful West Sonoma County hills with 30-year expert Steve Conwell. This half-day experience takes you into the forest to learn how to find, identify, and harvest some of Northern California’s finest mushrooms, like chanterelles, porcini, and lion’s mane, all while picking up sustainable foraging practices to protect these treasures for future harvests.
In addition to foraging, enjoy a hands-on log-plugging demo where Steve will show you how to grow mushrooms at home. Then, cap off your day with a live cooking demonstration as Steve prepares a fresh mushroom dish, sharing his tips for bringing out the best flavors.
